I cancel the enormous download of 8+ GB and I have changed my realmlist back to the molten one from the us.bnet (etc).Now when I reopen WoW, I type in my account name (robbhope) and i type in my password, but it says 'YOU HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED FROM THE SERVER.'

When you open up World of Warcraft, check for the patch number, If it's at 3.3.5a, Check your Realmlist again, if not.
